On this special Holiday episode Steve recounts the adventure of his first hunt for a Gould’s Turkey and demonstrates how to roast a big wild bird to perfection. The Turkey will be packed with Caribou Sausage Stuffing—made from the back hams of Steve’s big Alaskan Caribou. Appetites will run large as Steve makes a special meal for his family and friends.
