An active family of four has traveled the world and is ready to settle into life in a cozy beach community just north of San Diego, California. Ready to give up their rental and lay down permanent roots, the family wants it all -- a pool, open-concept family space, gorgeous master suite and a yard for the active kids -- but while they want to find their dream home close to the beach, they may have to settle on something a little further away.
