GPs: Behind Closed Doors

The observational documentary returns, this time giving an insight into the work of doctors at Balham Park Surgery in London, who have over 18,000 patients on their books. Dr Sara Kayat must treat a patient who is experiencing a full-blown panic attack, while Dr Clare Taylor has an asthmatic's life in her hands when they suffer a severe attack at the surgery. Elsewhere, Dr William Laird must break the news of stomach cancer to his patient, and a man suffering with throat cancer recounts a recent ordeal which left him hospitalised.
